4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, and only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site and the business: our hosting provider, analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta), and our accountant. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
- Specialist partners we bring into a client project (for example a photographer or developer), only to the extent the project requires and with the client's knowledge.
- Public authorities, where the law or a court decision requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration: up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the collaboration, and afterwards for as long as tax and commercial law require (generally up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each tool, up to 14 months for Google Analytics.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
When the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- have it erased, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
- restrict its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@foraagency.gr. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
